Average matched bet volumes on the first three races are way off there historical average. Don't know if this is a fluke or something but will keep an eye on it for the rest of the day.

Way off as in higher or lower? How have they been since? Only just sitting down for the day as didn't fancy testing the api for them.

feels like very little manipulation in the market today. matched volume are well down and feel like real money for a change.

Almost like whatever was in the markets recently has either been switched off or just not active yet today. Amounts in the market seem to hold up the price as I would expect them too. Wouldn't surprise me if it was some sort of complex position skimming bot developed somehow. Lets hope it stays away for a while!! It could also just be something as simple as the markets calming down!! They always do closer to the end of the season before they change again and go a bit mental!

it's fab! i layed the draw at 6 during tea.

it's was obvious that it would drift sooner or later because England had to go for it and chance their arm (and weren't interested in a draw).

someone was still trying to back it heavily after Swann had gone.

i wish all trading was as good as that.

might trade the 20/20 matches on Saturday instead of the racing.

shame we lost but a great match.

the excitement in test cricket is unparalleled by any other sport at times.

England traded at 150/1 before the price crashed in as low as 2/1 as SA looked in trouble.

now that's what i call a move!

some idiots still try a bit of manipulation in these markets but it must surely be a mugs game in a sport like cricket.

Looking at the data from yesterday it seems that the first six races where well below normal then things reverted to normal. Weird.

Feels normal enough to me today. I wasn't around yesterday but it sounds to me like a large bot wasn't operating - I remember from previous API outings similar things where suddenly everything changes (when trading via the website) and then once the API has been back for a couple of races it's like a switch gets flicked and everything is a bit different again

the race that seemed to be different was the 4:10. before that it was fine then suddenly back to funny business

I'm late to todays racing but it seems its funny business from the start today....
