Use historical price and volume movements in Guardian

I have a strong need to have a possibility to see/use the historical price and volume changes in Guardian, and to use it as a Condition in Guardian.

To make it possible to make a bet if for example the back price is up 2 ticks or down 4 % in the last X minutes. The same for changes in volume.
