I have looked around this forum and have found plenty of information about hedging but not quite what I am looking for, so apologies if I have missed something and my question has already been answered.
I am looking for a either spreadsheet or info on how to create a spreadsheet that I can link to Guardian so that I can play around with hedging figures.
A specific example of what I want is something just like the Betfair "what if" function in football correct scores markets so that I can get unequal amounts across the different scores. However I wish to do this in a spreadsheet rather than BF itself which I know I can use for this very task.
If anyone can put me in the right direction I would be very appreciative.
N.B. I have found many other hedging/greening calculators but nothing that allows multiple linked selections. the best so far is an Ipad app called Betcalc that allows up to 3 selections max.
Ideally I would like to perform all of this in Excel.
Many thanks

What-if hedging across multiple selections
Thanks for your reply Euler.
I am saying the latter. I would imagine that with several positions in a market (and I am really referring to the Correct Scores in football here), that the greening function in BA would show me what my exit value is.
However I do not want to green up across the board, instead I want to know how much a new position or indeed reducing liability on an existing position will affect one or all positions that i have. I can do this with the Betfair web interface (as in the attached pic) but would really like to replicate this in a spreadsheet instead so that I can tinker with how much money I need to Lay/Back at a specific price and see how it affects the whole market or individual scorelines.
For example, I place back bets on several scores, including say a 3-3 at a pretty high price. The dog scores two goals before the favourite and so the 3-3 price comes in. I then want to use some of that profit to offset liabilities on other scores but I don't know how much exactly. Rather than guessing, BF can tell me that if I lay off X amount, this is what happens, and if I Lay off Y amount that is that happens. I might decide to spread most of the profit across all scorelines but leave a little bit more on one or two scorelines in the hope that they might hit.
I hope this explains what i wish to do more clearly.
