Scalping tick off set from the ladder - possibile?

I know how to do scalping using the one tick off set from the one click screen, although I wish to use the offsetting from the ladder - is this possible and if so how?

Global settings is switched off by default on the ladder. To switch it on click on the 'cog' on the main ladder screen. If global settings are off the cog will have a red cross through it.
