Need Help With Bet Angel

Iam trying out Bet Angel on a free trial but Iam having a problem using it.
I watched this tutorial video and tried to follow the instructions.

I followed the instructions in the video for the settings,in the video he clicks on the lay
odds and locks in a £5 profit,when i clicked on the lay price it just placed a lay bet but
didn't lock in any profit,it didn't even lock in the lay price i took,the amount i could win or
lose kept on changing even when the race was in running,if i had been doing this for real
and not in practice mode,i could have lost a fortune.
Am i doing something wrong,can anyone help.

he doesnt lock in a £5 profit. He has a £5 return if the horse in question wins and a £0 return on all the others.

It took three back and lays to enable a "Green Up" of £2+

The video is demonstrating how you can use the Bet Angel software to access the markets in a more sophisticated way.

You need to learn how markets work. No such thing as free money.

Turned on a circular saw once without reading the instruction booklet. I couldn't be bothered, after all how difficult could it be?
I cut my finger off it was a painful experience. Once I read the instruction booklet that came with it I made cut all my skirting boards beautifully. I didn't cut any other fingers off

It's because the lay bet or the offset bet was not matched .
it's not money printing software you can lose to

i would suggest reading the manual and understanding how betfair works a bit more before trying again.

Where can I download a manual from? I've been reading a bit from some competitors but that's about it...and it doesn't really help me with bet angels.
