Lay draw if odds less than price

I've been playing around in Guardian to see if it's possible to automate a rule to Lay the draw in a foorball match if the match is currently a draw.

IE.. I'd like the rule to kick in at the start of the second half of a game only if neithe team is winning.

I've not found a suitable set of rules for this scenario..

Any idea's greatly welcomed
