I got all excited about setting up a share trading account, again, the other week, but have come to the conclusion I have missed the bottom and that markets are a bit over cooked.

I am looking at the Irish property market though. Have they hit the bottom?

Possibly, but that doesn't mean that they won't continue to rise for some time. It's not possible to predict how things will pan out, but I get the impression that the Fed are in no hurry for the party to come to an abrupt end in the near future...
