Hi guys at last race at leicester I have lost 15 pounds. I have seen my account correctly showing -15 but 5 minutes later was -30.
I have attached a picture, I closed a trade at 2.8 with £3 loss then I layed the horse in running at 1,67 with £18 pounds stake isch. When I investigate the matter the 1,67 bet is not showing anywhere in my records. I have already sent betfair an mail but if you guys have any idea what just happened i would appreciated.
thank you..
Lost 15 but shows -30 on the P&L..

I have notice that there was 0,1 decuction on pound...I can't understand what that mean yet but surely betfair will explain everything 2morrow or at least I hope.
Thanks

Betfair responded that there was nothing unusual... I am thinking I am not have enough evidence to prove then that what the P&L is showing It's not what I have actually did in the Market.
This is what I did.
I have backed the favorite at 2.32, I took a loss at 2.89 total loss of 2,9
I made 0.8 ish on morested ( layed in Play) then when I saw the favorite riding like it was struggling I layed the favorite at 1,67 with a total loss of £15... which it did show on my bankroll soon after the end of the race but by 16.40 the loss changed to £30 loss..
Betfair did not mention rule 4...
I will wait their second respond and I will keep you update

Untick average odds on your pnl screen and check to see if the bets are all there. A non runner can may a big difference in the pnl as any reduction will only apply to pre off bets, the reduction factor isn't applied to in running bets.
You can also check any voided/lapsed bets etc in betting history if things don't match up with the bets you think you'd placed

Thank you
The below picture prove I may have done something wrong..The total amount match with the loss showing on P&L £30.12...I still can't understand why the bankroll changed only after few minutes and there is an extra bet on the top of it.
There is a reverse of what I did and the amount does not correspond to what I actually did...However I do think there may have been some mistake on my rent but it's still so confusing..I have a proved strong memory, my brain did not give any sign of crazyness yet, I did not have a single drink or took any type of pills..spreadbetting wrote:Untick average odds on your pnl screen and check to see if the bets are all there.
