I have read some other posts, but I haven't suceeded in getting BetAngel automation to be....well, automatic.

You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.
This rules file has a few problems. Are you sure you copied this from a video?
You have specified to arm the trigger from 5 mins to 10 seconds before the event start time. Yet you have also applied a condition that states the market must be in-play.
These contradict each other. Remove the in-play condition.
- You have also set a trading profit condition twice. Why is that? In addition to that you have set a 'Green all profit' condition.
When the rule is first applied I imagine the market has no positions open and neither of these profit conditions will ever get met. Hence the rule will never trigger.
Remove the Trading profit and the Green All profit rules.
I'm sure the video does not feature these for the initial bets. Greening and closing positions can be done by adding more rules to the same rules file.

Thanks for your reply, yes, I am sure I copied a video, I'm in my 80s, but not quite senile yet. I did actually copy the video again, borrowing my neighbour's laptop and having them side by side.....this time it worked. Thanks for your reply,
