Normally with an hour to go, once the team line-ups have been announced you get either a slow steam or drift for one team or another (home/away). Works especially well in medium sized markets (500k - 2m liquidity). A variety of reasons could have an effect; manager decides to bench or rest star players, injuries, or even to follow the big money backing one team or another.
Nothing as glamorous as Barca vs Milan, but from another of tonight's game Crewe vs Coventry in The JP Trophy. Coventry (the away underdog) traded from 2.7 an hour out to below 2.48 before kick-off. The screen shot was taken 10 mins before kickoff. Coventry won the game 0-2!
