Bet Angel 'frozen' on VPS

Hi guys,

Thought I would ask this here as I haven't had a reply from the tech guys yet although I'm sure I will. I was trading the tennis last night on the VPS version of Bet Angel when the application 'froze'. I can't unpin the ladder screen or get back on to the main page to close BA down. Has anyone else had this problem and if so what was the fix?
I have BA as a back up on my PC but if I use this does this mean I'm refreshing 2 x 200 ms even though the event I was trading last night has now finished?

Are you able to restart the application or the task manager, right click on the task bar at the bottom?

Yes I can right click on the task bar but it won't allow me to do anything i.e close the app down.

Would you like us to reboot it for you? I thought you may have been able to do this yourself or are you unable to do that as well?

I don't seem to be able to connect at the moment. Getting the message 'the client could not connect to the remote computer'.

OK, we will do a complete restart. Sorry for the hassle. Lets hope the rest of the day goes better! Probably crashed yesterday as it was Friday the 13th!!!

It's showing on the control panel as up, so you should be ok now.

Can you close Bet Angel down using Task Manager on the PC? Right click on Bet Angel and click end task.
