Betfair Transactions and Charging

Hi. I notice on the BA screen a counter for Betfair transactions processed this hour. It appears to reset itself at the top of the hour. Does that mean, for example, 2000 transactions processed at five minutes to the hour and 2000 processed at five past the hour fall into separate hours for Betfair charging purposes?

BF clock is reset at the top of the hour as far as I can tell and the limit is 1000 transactions but will depend on the commission (both actual & implied) so even if you exceed 1k you may not be charged depend on the type of acitivities.

Like you, I was pretty sure that the clock was reset on the hour so am happy that someone else thinks likewise. I was aware of the transaction limits and the effects of actual and implied commision but wanted confirmation of the timing part of the charging mechanism.
