I am still struggling health wise but with the racing being so poor I have not bothered to compose an analysis. As soon as we get a decent race I will do my best to write another of my rambles!!
I just wanted to mention the draw for the forthcoming US Open. How on earth can Tiger Woods be drawn with Rory McIlroy again other than the organisers altering the draw to increase interest for sponsors? I have noticed how top players keep getting drawn together and with hundreds of entrants you have to think the odds of it constantly happening are beyond the norm!!
So I am not so crazy after all. Strange because I never look at stats like that but it just felt all wrong to me. It's not really a draw then, just a "let's put those players together and that'll improve the TV ratings!"

Rather its a "fixture" derived from its first three letters.
Hope you start feeling better very soon.
Fix Ture Like it!!
I am struggling to be honest, just getting down the stairs is an achievement. About 3 weeks ago I did manage to travel by train and I visited Peter to catch up. I hoped things would improve from that point on but my tolerance to travel has decreased and I rarely leave the house. When I get driven to the doctor I have to close my eyes and put my fingers in my ears! I must look a right eejit to other motorists and pedestrians.
I stumbled into the pharmacy recently to collect my medication and they thought I was drunk. They then realised who I was and that I am not a drinker so ejecting me was unnecessary!
I can function, well sort of, but everything takes so long. The only way I can describe it is like this. You know that feeling when you are sure there is someone close to you and they're going to play a prank? I get that feeling all the time! It's also like the time when you're just about to fall asleep but you dream you've fallen over or down a step and you wake up all startled! It's all of that and a feeling of utter confusion; I've never experienced this before and I certainly don't want it again; assuming it does eventually go away!
Oh and Greg, sorry mate I forgot to reply to your text. If you're reading this then text me and let me know.
I assume it's so they can make extra money from TV deals. In the first two rounds, everyone is jockeying for position, so it means they can follow groups of world stars. All the also rans get little coverage then, which makes the TV deals more lucrative

Oh dear, may be they put each other off.
I am still going to back them, because I feel the course and the weather suit. I am also going to have a Punt on Paul Lawrie, because I feel he is a good bad weather player.
