I am trying to give you guys that are perhaps just starting, or you Guys that are struggling a bit of hope.
I have been full time trading for a little over 6 months now and I remember listening or reading blogs about so called Traders going for a leisurely walk or a Bike ride in the mornings to switch off and get ready to trade in the afternoon.
Well I honestly never believed it could happen to me, I remember being so nervous about placing a trade I would worry myself out of actually doing anything.
I decided I would just study the trends and movements for a month and see if I could try and be able to start placing trades with real money and with a little more confidence.
So I started off trading small and hoped that if I cocked it up it would not be major.
I worked really hard and was disciplined (which is the most important thing to accept) Gradually I was comfortable with my approach and while I am certainly not a major Trader I am happy with what I earn, and I too am able to walk the Dog in the mornings and switch off before work begins 10 minutes before the first race, I only Trade the UK horses and now am delighted that I stuck too it and learned properly.
So I hope that this has given you guys a little inspiration in that you don't have to be a major player with a £10,000 or £20,000 bank roll, I work with a £2,000 bank and always know what my cut off point is on a bad trade, and I have learn't to not be greedy on a good trade, you know it really doesn't take a lot of small trades to make a nice daily profit.
Keep at it, if your looking to make a lot of money overnight, forget it, you have to do your apprenticeship first, like any worth while job.
