Hi everyone. I´m a total newbie to Betangel. Hope someone can answer this.
What I want to know is. Can I for example Lay a horse let say 10euro at odds 5.00 30 min before the off and then set a stop at odds 4.50. So if the odds drop to 4.50 Betangel automatic tradeout the bet . I would like the stop to be active both before the off and in running.
If its possible please explain in an easy way.
Thanks

The only way this will get easy for you is to get stuck in and try a few things out. Use practice mode and get your fingers burnt.
However, I'll try to explain this in an easy way if I can.
The way I would tackle this is not to use the built-in stop loss function but to use a triggered bet to close based on the price condition.
You don't mention how you are going to select the horse. So I'll presume you mean the favourite.
Your first bet rule could be set to LAY if the price equals 5.0. Choose the selection in position 1 (sorted in order of favouritism) and rule trigger times to be set relative to event start time. Say 30 mins to 0 mins.
Then set a Close trade on selection, choose the runner in position 1 (sorted in order of favouritism) and set to be active from 30 mins before event start time to 10 mins after. You could use a green all selections rule instead here - just a thought.
Add a condition to this rule that the selections LAY price is less than 4.6.
As we have opted to choose a selection in order of favouritism we need Bet Angel to set the order. Otherwise during the course of the event the favourite may change and the close trade selection will no longer be looking at the correct horse.
So set a third rule to 'Fix the order of the market selections' and have this active 30 mins prior to the start to 10 mins after.
I've created this rule and attached it. You just need to import it into Bet Angel Guardian and tweak it to suit your needs.
Good luck.

Ok now I have tried different settings. But there is one thing I would like to do.
If I have Initial lay rule Place k30 LAY bet on selection in position 1 at best price
Then I want this to be greened out (or in this case red out) at a loss of k3.
I tried green all selections and then as condion is less than k -3. Nothing happened with this setting
.
Hope anybody can help.
Thanks!

I have tried many different settings but they are not working any good. The in running stop loss seems to be working terrible. I dont know if its because of my settings or is it hard sometimes to get the right odds in running if the market is moving really fast? When i have done it manually in the ladder menu it has worked just fine.
