Anyone else had a few extra usernames added to their premium charge portal list?

Yep I've got quite a few that aren't mine added. I'm sure if others are on mine I'll be on theirs too, good of Betfair to take such care with our security.

The pattern on mine seems to be that the mystery username is similar to mine but slightly different.

I asked a while back and they said it was related to a Blue Square account I had. or whatever the bloody hell they were called.

It's not the BLue Sq ones, with those they usually just added a number to your current username. These are alsorts of names some are various combos of my name and surname , not an uncommon name so I guess someone out there with the same name has a betfair account. My username isn't made up of my name and the facts there's a full page alerted me

Just seen there's a post on the betfair general betting forum about it so I suppose it'll be sorted eventually

Never had a blue square account to my knowledge. Somebody on the BF forum reckons they have had 29 new usernames linked to them.

We had a problem with closed blue square accounts being linked to accounts with similar surnames, due to a recent data release.

We have removed these accounts and this will be correctly reflected in your portal and PC statements next week.

The account found in your portal was a closed account and will not affect your current week /long term betting records in any way.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

You may want to check your Premium Portal again; Ive got a username that is nothing to do with me.
(Or maybe it wasn't removed last time around? I cant remember?)

I dropped Befair an email last night, they haven't replied yet.
the other username began with "Pete...", Im just glad it wasn't yours!!
