Hello,

I want to try betangel and have just installed the free trial version

My problem is I couldn´t select a market.
I want to select a few US-Open tennis matches but the "Switch to market" button always stay pale.
The only tennis market I´m able to select is the Australien Open 2014 market.

Also my balance shown in the software is zero but in fact it isn´t

I´m confused :(

You need to log out of Bet Angel then log in again.

Only this time make sure the box marked 'Use Australian wallet and markets' is not ticked.

Thanks a lot for the support, its working now ;)

Another feature i´m looking for (and couldn´t find it) is a overview of all pending (and matched) bets like betfairs "current bets" site.

What i´m urgently looking for is an automatically updating overview of all matched (and pending) bets in betangel

Isn´t there such a feature in betangel?

We tend not to implement features that are already well catered for on Betfair.

With the next gen API we may be able to do something similar to this, but at the moment you there is no easy way to achieve this via the API and therefore Bet Angel.

Thanks for letting me know.

Well, this feature is implemeted in betfair, but it is very very lousy and its not updating automatically.

If you have many open bets on various markets and want to be informed immediately when a bet is settled, its completely useless.

However, thanks for the great support.

Sounds like Guardian will help. Just use the Matched and Unmatched bets column to list your status.

You'll need to use "Keep All" if you place the bets before inplay.

Good luck - and welcome to Bet Angel !
