Hi All,

My experience regarding the training provided by Bet Angel may be of some interest.

I've been trading (mainly horse racing) via BF /BA for about 12-months now. Have had mixed results (hence my user name). Attended PW's Masterclass in June this year and what an eye-opener that was !!. The day with Peter taught me a lot of new and very relevant things and more importantly highlighted the things I was doing wrong and could / should improve on. The in-depth manual has been a revelation for me every day since. This was followed up in August with a 1-2-1 mentoring day. The day was VERY focused on ME, my strengths, my weaknesses and what I wanted to achieve from my trading in the future. The Mentor (Dave) was very friendly, patient and his detailed knowledge of the subject matter was outstanding.

Was the training value for money ? . Well for me VFM is all about realising a return on the investment. Well, I more than recouped the cost of the Masterclass course within 3-weeks, and the Mentoring day within 4-weeks of attending.

My current win v loss ratio is consistent at 73 / 27 %

I will leave it for you to draw your own conclusions regarding the value and merit of professional training.

Hope this has been of some help to those who may need it.

Regards,

Thinking about changing my user name to ...........

Good post - and hope you are more up than down!!

On the win/loss ratio I never use that myself, and would always say it is about % return. If you put in 10 grand what is your % return year-on-year. You'd be lucky to get Zip% from the bank and bonds will give you 7% if you're smart. What % does betfair do for you? That's real investment return

Cheers
