Back/Lay on Bet Angel

I am trying to set up a system to back a particular horse at best odds just before the "off" and to lay the same horse in play.I need the lay odds to be lower than the back odds and at an optimum stake level to lock in the profit. I have read the Bet Angel user guide and watched the video tutorials but have found them to be way over my head. Can you tell me if Bet Angel can do this and ,if so, explain in simple terms how I would set it up.
