Spawning additional betfair charts

I'm sure the simplicity of how to do this is going to embarrass the university from which I received my Computer Science degree but I'm struggling to figure out how to spawn additional Betfair chart windows while in the enhanced Ladder area.

New ladders can be spawned from by right clicking a menu item in a market selection screen or in Guardian.

When you have done that you can turn them into enhanced ladders with the charts etc.
