Back/Lay FAV & Set Time Trigger

Hello all, sorry if this covered every where and i have missed it.

*In Excel*

1. I wanted to know how i would go about Backing/Laying the FAV or 3nd FAV? Is this possible?

2. How can i set a countdown trigger?

e.g. I want to back the 3rd Fav when the count is 5 minutes before the race. How can i have this auto set up?
