I think the suspend monkey is getting excited about this match. The market was suspended twice because it looked like a potential penalty and then it looked like Berbatov had scored from a header!

The cynic in me thinks they are playing their own markets and trying to beat/create the delay!!

They have got a lot stricter with suspension over the last year or so. They used to just watch the tv pics and suspend markets based on that but they are now listening to the radio, (quicker feed).

They have also given pretty much all football matches an 8 second delay in-play where it used to be only 5. Seems they are trying to clamp down on clock beaters, but they go a bit far sometimes. Sometimes the markets seems to get suspended whenever the commentator raises their voice! Depends who is working I guess but it can be pretty annoying.

Sometimes the 3pm Saturday games are impossible to trade because they're being suspended every 5 minutes. It's really become unbearable.

Wouldn't the delay work in the punters favour if trader was at the ground, 8 seconds seems a fairly large window to execute a trade?
