It's pretty tough on boxing day, I really just turn up for the feature races. All the other stuff is pretty weak in comparison. If you value time your family, don't sacrifice that thinking your are missing out on something major.

You can pull out some decent results, but it can be a bit hit or miss. I didn't trade well last year.

mainly scalping, small stakes, fast pace, good lay all opportunities. It's an unusual day so treat it differently.

I am really hoping for some abandoned meetings or I don't think I will bother setting any automation up.

Hi Gutuami,
am I missing something? If your authomatic system cannot handle too many races concurrently, why can't you just erase some from Guardian?

merry Xmas

I can but my system takes value so relies on being active in all the races from start to finish. Sod's law states that the one I miss will be the only winner.

(Merry Christmas!)

Looks like only two meetings abandoned, so rest will still go ahead.

Even with two meetings abandoned there are still a total of 11 meetings in the UK and Ireland today and a total of 720 runners over 72 races.

i'm gonna give today a go for the first time... will probably just stick to the RUK meetings (4, 25 races) thus avoiding At The Adverts and their 8-10 second delay and generally crap coverage.

good luck to all having a dabble today.

A tenner or so a race would do today! Mind you from previous year, it never seems to be a good trading day as there tends to be lots of clashes and late offs…
I might just go for Auto today..good luck anyway

If you have a Betdaq account you can view the lead up to all ATR fro five minutes. That's what I'll be using today.

It's a very tricky day, so good luck if you are having a go. My main focus is to try and grab something from the big Kempton races.

I reckon I could earn more tomorrow than today as the races line up better.
