I assume this is for singles only, or have they developed a way of incorporating multiples in there too?

Singles only, should give liquidity a boost I guess?

There's obviously far more mug punters around than I'd ever believe - BF prices are truly, truly shit

If there's enough punters out there taking those awful odds, to the extent they actually improve exchange liquidity, then I'll be amazed

Excuse my ignorance but does anyone know how tha "Cash Out" feature worked on the sportsbook? I have always assumed it was linked to the exchange.

Good question - although my assumption was the opposite!

Cash Out in the bookie world is their way of reducing losses against mugs who have stumbled on winning positions. Can betfair be any different?

As a related note, it's interesting to see betfair's revenue streams as measured by the banners on their webshite.

Of nine revenue streams only one (!) is actually an exchange anymore. Ignore "Exchange games" which is just another casino. Basically everything else they do is rip off mug punters...

I agree. The sportsbook looks a dead duck to me and the only way Betfair can think of to save face over its disaster is by merging it will the exchange. If the sportsbook was a success in its own right they wouldn't be doing this.

They initially said it would but on first implementation it turned out they hadn't. So this is the first bit of true linking.

Totally agree, Betfair should only do exchange and expand it into other areas.
