Massive odds on sleepwalk

I was looking at sleepwalk in the last race and there was about 50K stacked up on either side of the book for 3 or 4 ticks. The only other challenger was around 8s but only trading around 100 quid each side of the book. Does anyone trade these knowing that the movement on the outsider has to effect the other horse. I mean to sit behind 50k is just silly.
