Any way to use Bet Angel in Spain without VPS?

Does anyone know of any software or web browsers you can download whereby you can then use bet angel in Spain? I dont want to fork out for VPS just for a few days. As betting exchanges are outlawed in Spain, bet angel isn't usable.

Hide my ass is a proxy service you may want to look at. But it is a little slower than a VPS but you may be able to get it on a free trial
