my automation rule only firing on losers

hi

i used the attached back inplay at 1.3 with offset rule on wednesdays racing card (uk ire) in practice mode. it matched bets on 17 of 34 races. ok some of the races 3 i think? had no offsetting lay. but i thought that was a good enough strike rate to try it live.

On thursday i used the rule on the whole card live. it only had matches on two races one race had 3 bets a back, offset lay and a back. the other race the back had no offset lay. in both races the horses lost.

the two races which had matches was about half way through the card, ie not the first two races.

what is wrong with the rule? can anyone help?
