Hi All
I'm new to BA,and whilst i was trading on the one click section,offsetting on the fill or kill bets,i managed to green up for around the £5 mark but my winnings have not gone into my account yet, :( could someone tell me if theres something i'm not getting right or if theres something i need to do.
I've checked that all bets were matched,just seems strange that its not gone in yet,that was yesterday.
Also if any of you can help on what maybe the best way for a newby to go about BA :lol: THANKS ALL ;)

Hi Podgey,

I would contact Betfair. They handle the bet settlement not Bet Angel.

But it sounds like you may have closed the trade rather than greened. So you may have had a possible £5 win on one selection with net zero on the remaining. And a runner with zero actually won.

Check your account statement and bet history within your Betfair account details.
