Advice please

All I want to do is pre-program my selections to lay 10% of my bank on a continuous basis at a maximum of 5/1.

After one bet is finished it goes on to the next adjusting the stake according to the balance.

Can anyone advise me how to do this? I asked Betangel but their reply made no sense as they assumed I was as au fait with their system as they are.
