At what amount of runners does Bet Angel's performance start to degrade. I have tried using Bet Angel on the Tour de france stage winners markets and i am finding it un-useable (190 runners). I have loaded up The Open golf outright market and are seeing a heavy performance drop.
Are there any tweaks you recommend?

You will get a warning on Bet Angel when you try and load up huge markets like the Golf.
It can take an age to get the data back from Betfair on 156 runners, so the first thing to do is slow down the refresh. On the Golf I refresh at 750ms or sometimes 1 second.
On the communications settings I slow down refresh rates on bets as well as the request may time out before you get a response from Betfair.
When you find something suitable use the save as function to store those settings in case you need them in future.
