If the odds on a selection are 1.60 and I place a fill or kill back bet with offset green all at 20 ticks away pre start of the match... and I hit keep all button... the back bet is the only one in the section at the bottom... will the offset bet also kick in and essentially be 'kept'... or will only the back bet enter the market and the offset lay bet is forgotten and not kept?
