I've often used Adrian's site, it throws up some interesting data.

There seems to be a lack of real hardcore data for racing, plenty for other sports but it would be nice to have bucket loads of raw data to look at in a format that people could play around with. The only trouble with a lot of this data is that all it shows is how efficient the market is!!!

Hi,

I have just seen and used Bags Beater 2 which I like etc. But I was wondering if anyone knows how or what software, screen scraper or other wise which I could use like Bags Beater 2 for Horse racing. Basically it takes some info off the betfair racing form site about a race takes the info and puts it into the software and does a calculation. In Bags beater 1 this had to be done manually

Kind regards

Jimmy

Hi,

If you are looking for following systems then Flatstats are the best imo.

You can make your own systems & alerts

You can easily get many sites for horse racing on net. But the main thing is to get the betting site which is safe and trustable to bet. For this we can select the site which is legal to bet and that can be checked by the license of the site.

Does flatstats allow you to download stuff to a spreadsheet, I love number crunching and was interested in looking at trading characteristics thrown off by certain racing form related characteristics. But to do that I need it in Excel type format.

they do allow a csv/excel of the last 1000 runners of a system, but the betfair info is limited to sp unless I've missed something.
