First of all I cant get all markets to keep refreshing when I have excel connected, most of the time its only only the first page, why? I do the exact steps layed out in the manual however it only sometimes updates all sheets. Iv tried to change comms settings, should I mess with connection mode?

please help??

I think its very dependent on the equipment you're using

I've always had this problem with Excel - the capabilities of creating your own bots is amazing, but if you connect with a number of sheets the performance declines alarmingly

I think it may have something to do with connection with betfair, in gaurdian without a spredsheet open it illustrates my first market updating every second, however others only update every so often (30secs or so). My response times are shithouse 400ms, does that have something to do with it? i would of thought even if my resonse times are 400ms i should get an update every second, or does it not work like that?

i have AMD-6500 processor 3.5 GHz
16GB of usable RAM

It shouldn't be that bad, what refresh settings do you have it on guardian? And how many markets?

Iv sent a msg to support, maybe they can help me.... iv tried all settings, i want all markets win and place, maybe thats the problem...

Ok, iv worked out the problem. You cant use both win and place markets at once without compromising your refresh rate. If i reduce the amount of markets everything works fine....
