Green_All doesn't always work

Hi All

I have Guardian monitoring spreadsheets via the remote server connection. I have Green_All triggered as global command 5 minutes before the off. This appears fine on the sheet but doesn't always get through to Bet Angel. There's no consistency with it. Is this a connection settings problem?

Are you sure the status cell is being cleared? I always use guardian automation when it comes to greening.

Many thanks for your reply, Linus. I've just had a race where the Green_All worked and in fact the Status for the Laid horse still had PLACED in it - and it worked fine. As I say, it's inconsistent.

I changed the setting to 200ms refresh and restarted the server. It's worked this time, but I've no confidence it'll green up every time.

Just to clarify, I believe Linus is referring to the Global Status cell which will have OK in it when GREEN_ALL is triggered and which needs to be cleared before it can be triggered again.

Many thanks Wyndon. It could be that on some of the sheets that the global status cell isn't empty. Thinking about it, the greening fails after a while, when the sheets start to be re-used (I'm using auto-bind and auto-clear),so that would make sense. I'll put a macro in to clear them just before I green up. Thanks again.
