I opened 2 seperate BA accounts today (BF accounts also). I got a warning about how many bets/calls I place to BF for charges. Why do BA/BF warn me about this? I dont send many bets to the api bht it seemed strange

Hi Steven, any updates on this yet for you? Can you also post the exact warning message that you get?

This is a catch all by Bet Angel, just warning you that you may be charged. I'm not sure this is in the new version as NG doesn't have the same charging model?

for the new version of API whilst you don't get charged for data requests you can still get transactions costs. I emailed the help desk and they didn't know ! :o
BDP team confirmed the above.
however I woul be very wary running multiple ccounts for the day, even if I kept the combined activity under 1000\Hour
they hadn't updated the T&Cs last time I looked

Hi doncht
I didnt catch the screen shot but found it strange that we should get the warnings about calls from different betfair accounts.

As Euler said above it is a catch all from BA, so it was a warning for those who maybe have multiple accounts linked by betfair for commission charges, calls, matching etc.... I'd not previously logged into more than one account on the same machine so didnt understand how bf could link the accounts without sending bets to their servers
