had another at 15:42:40ish seconds for 7 secs or so, next onec due at 15:57:40ish secs.

Interesting that it seems to last longer for some. Only lasts a couple of seconds for me

possibly does for me as a few seconds before the freeze is due, i work round it, take sp, cancel, green up etc, and that's done has i attempt to press the stop watch on cell phone to time the freeze. all quite hit and miss really.

but the freeze is definetly every 15 minutes.my next on is due at 18:27:40

We have now found what we think is causing the reported issue and are now investigating the best way to rectify this.

I wasnt trading yesterday but the issue is still there for me today, seems to be 1 minute later than it was last week though.

At least Betfair are investigating it now.

We have been investigating an API issue over the last few days that's resulted in a number of reports of prices 'freezing' for several seconds at regular intervals. This behaviour has typically been observed by customers using licensed API software applications.

We have now identified the root cause of this issue and will be fixing this as part of a release later today. We'll confirm the completion of the release as soon as this has been rolled out.
