Closed at a mid price of £8.93, 320k shares traded. I think any staff shareholders will probably be panicking a bit at the slump and may exacerbate any short term selling. There is probably more money to be made shorting Betfair than trading on it's markets! ;)

Much better day today. Managed over £300 on the Welsh national.

Actually aside from chepstow I thought it was the opposite. Worst saturday I've seen for a long time. Liquidity was awful, trends were all over the place. Markets were manipulated left right and centre. Felt like a day of Kempton wednesday night sellers markets. Very little true money about today IMO.

new years resolution - not to zero back of the book horses on a green book to boost green total on front end of book - i have a real bad habit of doing it and all too often the damn things come and win. :oops:
