I have a question,

I wanna setup a rule, to place a back bet when the lay price has been dropped 50% in play.
I also want it to be matched directly.
Whats the best option for this?

Set the back bet with parameters set to:
Place at /Custom % below Actual SP/50%
with:
relative odds condition/selection's Back Price is less than 51% of Actual SP

The thing is, the prices chop and change so fast in play, it will trigger to place the bet once it reaches below the 50% sp price, and once it gets placed it will be at 70%. I want it to place directly at 50% without anny delays ect.

In Play betting moves so fast you can't ever be sure of a match if your trigger and bet are at the same price- especially when you're looking at a runner whose odds have come down so far. Eventually you'll have to find the balance between being sure to be matched or getting the odds you want - you could put a fill/kill of a second or so on so that you if you didn't catch it at least you're not backing it when it comes back out.
On the upside there are many who do the opposite of what you're doing (DOBing) - so their money at least is sitting there waiting for their lays to be matched creating a sort of sticking point at exactly the same spot you want them to be.

There are no options for this

You're right, but you can store SP and calc your bet and trigger from it - I'll knock up a file to try

The file stores SP and calculates a SV for PRICE (50%) and TRIGGER (51%) and places a 5 second f/k Back at PRICE if LTP is less thanTRIGGER
I'm sure there are plenty of other conditions you'll want but at least its a start.
