Thinking about it he was probably mistaken,
i suspect it was a voided bet rather than a refunded one and was just a coincidence it happend after he complained.
Carn't imagine BF doing the decent thing for once, they never have in the past

I can't understand why they are keeping it so low key though. It's almost as though Betdaq are scared of Betfair
They already are doing that Jeff from March 1st,Ferru123 wrote:Quite.
Yesterday, I sent an email to Betdaq's marketing director, pointing out that many high volume traders in the forum are fed up of Betfair, and would happily move over to Betdaq if there were sufficient liquidity. I put forward the idea of offering some kind of commission-based incentive to attract liquidity. However, the guy didn't even do me the courtesy of replying!

Makes you wonder what planet some of betdaq's staff are onFerru123 wrote:Hi Freddy
As regards my previous message, I spoke too soon.
I today received a reply from Shane McLaughlin (Betdaq's Marketing Director):
Dear Jeff,
Thank you for taking the time to write to me and making your point so well.
I can assure you that improving the liquidity on Betdaq is our number one priority and you will see a number of initiatives in the first half of 2011 that we believe will make a material difference to the liquidity on the site. This has already begun.
We also have a very strong promotion running through January and February of 2.5% commission until March 31st that is bringing new members to the site and our customer base and liquidity is continuing to grow.
As you say, it is a catch 22 but we are determined to do everything we can to make Betdaq the preferred exchange for the online betting community.
Thank you for your input and I hope that we will soon be able to convince you and the Bet Angel forum users to come over to Betdaq.
