I am now strongly of the view Trump is finished, no amount of voter suppression can save him now.
I reckon you'd be gambling to think that...too much information out there imo...

What is wrong with gambling on price movements? that is what I do every single day and what you may have done going into that 1st debate when you expected Trump to demolish Old Joe, which he did not.

Well nothing really. It was a silly thing for me to say :) I suppose I feel myself that I haven't really got a clue. Even if I watched the news and studied all info sources 24/7 I still don't feel like I'd have a clue. I also wonder how different the demographic of Betfair users are to the actual voters...

I've mostly been trying to do small swings and a bit of scalping here and there when I see fit which has worked for me. I let trump run a bit too long just recently, and now I'm back to single digit profit. :|

But having said the above, I would say the direction it goes is highly dependant on trumps prognosis in a few days...and no one really knows that I would think...

As mentioned before its the VP debate tonight and perhaps has more importance than I previously thought due to the age of the main candidates + corona.

Pence will get a grilling over Trump's covid test and it'll be interesting to see if Harris goes the neutral route like Biden did.

Can't remember who said it, but Pence has all the charisma of a plank of wood.

VP debate has more meaning to it than ever before. Pence is a potential president, provided he avoids the virus himself.

Think I saw it somewhere that Pence is refusing to put plexi glass between him and Harris so will be interesting to see if Harris turns up in full PPE!

They should lock him in a glass cage.

It's really amazing how a guy gets shot 7 times in the back at close range, riots all over the US, then a few weeks later the nation appears to have forgotten all about it. No news about the police officers involved or the reasons behind the shooting. :?

News moves fast doesn't it... once people are done with their 5 min video clip and outburst of rage its time to move onto the next drama. It amazes me that 800,000 kids per year go missing in the US but its not mainstream.

4 metres between the two candidates for extra safety. I've heard Pence's strategy is to cough towards Harris and unsettle her.

When Pence is speaking Harris has the facial expression of somebody listening to a comedian.

I still reckon Trump has got this in the bag.

Expectation that his obnoxious behaviour will be a vote-loser could easily be misplaced as it just makes anti-Trumpers hate him even more - but these people wouldn't have been voting for him anyway.

Biden is too weak for middle America IMHO.
