Even if/when it does collapse, I guess a lot of mistrust has been created and irreparable damage done.

They admitted the top clubs are in huge debt, but the answer is reduce costs, not try to make more money and then spunk it all on players and agents

I haven't looked at the details but it appears the German legislation that fans own 51% of the clubs would be a good way forward
It's a far better model than the Spanish political circus and the open toxicity between their fans and players.
