Betfair Account Restrictions & closed accounts - Getting them removed and accounts reopened

Just had a look on 'player protection' and it does now say - Current Budget: £100 per month and "This is a budget applied by us for all our customers" and "to change it you'll need to provide some information"

So my guess is everyone is now on it and until you can prove you have a 'proper' job with payslips etc then it will stay at that level

I've got a feeling your £5K Royal Ascot deposit had something to do with it. Maybe we all have no deposit limit until you make a deposit, when it kicks in.

It seems to be that way, a deposit seems to trigger a review. Nothing on my tab. Would be interested to know if that really is the case.

Better to not make a deposit and not know that you're limited.

i just tried this by depositing £500 to see what happened. Nothing has changed. I make withdrawals and those haven't affected anything either. Still got the blank box

They've changed some of the checks to be on net deposits rather than gross deposits so that might help the long term profitable customers a little. Think it was about 2 weeks ago.

I also deposited £500 to see what would happen (nothing yet) and now that I've seen the replies I might have a sleepless night tonight.

Yes seen if you withdraw then your budget goes up, so if I withdraw £500 then I can deposit that back in a few days later no problem
