Nice one Angel, kool, I do admire your concept of operations ;)
Out of curiosity, what are bookmaker feeds like now, as in latency, and quality.
Keep up the GOOD work

These days bookmaker feeds are about 7 seconds behind. I tend to do a lot of back to lays and dobbing so it's just about ok for watching.

In the old days when I was just a punter I used to back things in-running at the bookies. In those times it never occured to me to have an exit strategy. Quite often something would run very well at a huge price get nailed in the last furlong but I could have got out if I had placed a lay bet in-running.

This is something I just can't understand why the general betting public don't exploit this facility. Punters complain ''it's all fixed", "it's bent" etc.

If a trainer said to them' my horse 'x' hasn't been in good form lately but there's been some positive signs in his recent work. He's likely to be a big price next time he runs, we're going to pop him out in front and try our best', the punters would be glad of this info. As an in-running punter you can deduce for yourself as you can see what their tactics are and they are making their intentions known. But there you go.

Every single part of my body hurts. The Mrs booked us into our local Ninja Warrior course with the kids... I've been bent and twisted in so many ways in the last few hours. Them rolling bridge things that you have to run over had me doing some yoga moves mid air.

Lol, I understand virtually none of that. Streuth, how far I have drifted from excercise.
Not sure 6-10 mile walks 5-6 times a week really counts as excercise.
Hope you recover soon. Up to 52 for me hurting body was a good sign :-).
Next week doing the same thing it won't hurt so much.

I just keep stretching through the day, if I don't I know what's to come tomorrow... not being able to dress myself

Thank goodness next weeks plan is to go for a picnic... I don't think I can strain myself eating a sandwich.

Stretching is vastly under-rated. Go for it. But its gentle, no grunting.
Just take the stretch up to where it feels normal.
There's no STRETCH at all. Your body will relax over time. If you STREEEEETCH you'll cause damage.

100% agree :D my recovery is the stretching and tonight a load of beers to help drown my bruised ego from the Mrs wiping the floor with me on one of the obstacles... believe me, I'm going to hear about it for the rest of my days.

Ah well. C'est la vie and relationships. But i don't have the French to say 'Such are relationships'.
BTW a bath with a few drops of Neroli oil is quite therapeutic. Neroli is exorbitantly expensive, but I've used it after a day in the Lake District heights and it's pretty'awesome to relieve the stress of the day. But nowhere near the joy of the first pint after a day on the hills. Nectar!

My new 44 year old gf (I'm 28) dumped me a while after the 3rd date. Women are similar to markets in that a few reliable indicators and confirmations can line up but they still do the opposite of what you thought when you least expect it! :?

Alex, a market is an aggregate of many opinions. A human is a single opinion of the world. That human may well be wrong to dump you.

I was once dumped by a (two-timing bitch of a) girlfriend 15 years older than me but I recently ditched a girlfriend 28 years younger than me. :P

I've noticed you relate every discussion however remote from trading, to trading. Were you doing this on your third date? ;)

There is a contradiction in saying that "a few reliable indicators and confirmations can line up but they still do the opposite of what you thought". If they do the opposite of what you thought they can't be reliable. Most of the time with women (not that I'm very experienced with them), when you get the wrong signals it's your dick thinking instead of your brain.
