So ive downloaded bet angel as I hear its the best.....

All i want to do, is load live football markets and then be able to select the sub markets, like I want to see all live football matches and then be able to select O2.5 goals or something, I dont want to see o0.5 etc.....

But honestly, I cannot for the life of me even find the matches that are currently live, Im pretty adept with computers but this software seems the least user friendly ive ever experienced, but im keen to give it a try, but ive tried for an hour an cant even find a market......that doesnt bode well! Please help! User guides are next to useless!

Hi,
Firstly I would like to disagree that the user guides are useless, (and I am not "pretty adept with computers!")

Try going into guardian and clicking on the "soccer" tab near the bottom left of screen, then choose "all matches" and click search, if you place your mouse pointer over the date of the matches and right click you will have a choice of the main sub markets to select and add to guardian, eg match odds, correct score, O/U 1.5 etc...........matches that are not currently in play can then easily be deleted from guardian.
If you looked into the "filtering" side of searches, you can quite easily set up a filter to show only matches inplay with the specific markets you want.

Hope that helps

have a nice day! :-)
stay safe!

In my opinion, given the complexity of the software, the user guides are thorough, well structured and easy to understand. Never needed you use the search, always takes seconds to find what I want in the table of contents.

When you say live matches, do you mean matches currently in-play?

"Help" ... All in capitals with an exclamation mark, for such a minor query . And ironically called "thepressure". Try to relax "thepressure" it's going to get a hell of a lot more taxing than this. :)

In my experience all software is the least user friendly until I have taken the trouble to learn it and understand it! :) Just take it a little at a time and search here and look at the manual for what you want to do. I doubt there is much any of us want to do that hasn't been done and discussed before.

I concur, the only acceptable time for a man to yell HELP is when he's singing that Beatles song.

Also, if he's stuck down a well, but that's just a maybe.

..... and also saying "Thankyou" for advice is important. Perhaps more so when it's recieved from Dallas.

Well it doesn't bode well for the next generation of traders, I'll tell you that, if they can't even find the market! :)

But jokes aside it can be a steep learning curve for the first few hours, if you're not already familiar with trading software.

That's why there's a Youtube playlist that covers the basic features like market selection : https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=P ... 04002C5AE7

Recommend a read of the Guidance - viewtopic.php?p=265873#p265873 particuarly the section "Seeking help and providing information".
