Hi Marc

Million Dollar Traders was an enjoyable program to watch, and I'm sure it represents the reality of trading for many traders. However, it only presented one aspect of trading - fundamental analysis (looking at economic news, profit and loss statements, etc). There are another group of traders, the technical guys, who aren't interested in fundamentals, and just respond to what's happening in the market (just as there are Betfair traders who admit they know nothing about horse racing).

There are similarities between Betfair and the financial markets, and differences. It's one of those topics that gets hammered to death every so often in the forum, but as it's nearly 1am and I'm just online because I can't get to sleep, I won't go into the arguments just now! :) But I think they are fundamentally similar in that they are driven by the same psychological forces.

Well done again. The market is so 'exciting' today I can hardly be bothered. Working on other stuff this afternoon.

Can't say I am much of a fan of days like today especially with it being so hot but decided to just nip in and do the 5 mins before the of and inrunning today whilst sorting furniture out inbetween. Nearly didn't bother with today but glad I did now :)

Bar the nice win have managed to grind out £200 or so, so not too bad.
