I don’t think we need to worry about who the next PM is or when a general election happens.
Rumours are that USA is convinced China will invade Taiwan. That will cause serious military confrontation between the two nations and if Putin is still around spur him on to push Europe even further as thinking is USA will be preoccupied.
So, WW3 is coming in one form or another.

Forget about Liz, Dehenna Davidson's married to a man 35 years older than her, so there are younger MP's to go for.Archery1969 wrote: ↑Thu Jul 14, 2022 3:22 pmIt’s £25 per year for membership. Didn’t look at the date part, never mentioned it on the site. They emailed me my membership number via email and text message. Supposed to get all the documentation within 3 days.Derek27 wrote: ↑Thu Jul 14, 2022 3:16 pmHow much does it cost to join the party and don't you have to be a member before a specified date to vote?Archery1969 wrote: ↑Thu Jul 14, 2022 9:38 amI became a party member, so hopefully i get to vote when it comes down to just 2.![]()
Mainly looking forward to all the free food and drinks at Tory party events so I can have some cake and be sick up the walls.

I'm looking forward to hearing all the candidates squirm and avoid questions about why they supported or failed to denounce the current PM. Truss says she's loyal [to a lying hypocrite who turns a blind eye to sexual abuse] but I hope that falls under closer scrutiny.

The irony is that he was asked what his biggest weakness is and he said an overly attention to detail.

Being a selfish uncaring git would have been a better answer. One of the candidates, can't remember which, said they work too hard!
The lapse in detail presumably being employing a bitter BJ supporter (or Truss, Mordaunt et al).

Tom is more concerned about increasing defense spending to 3% of GDP probably because he knows whats coming.
