You'd think they'd have learnt their lesson after selecting Truss, when Sunak's "fantasy economics" has categorically been proven correct. Or maybe not.
Three Conservative MPs have said if Johnson gets in they'll surrender the whip and turn independent. I'm hoping they're just the tip of the iceberg. If many of them take the same stance, he won't get the 100 nominations, or better still, he gets elected by the members and the party lose its majority.
