Anyone actively trading the next PM market?

I'm clueless about UK politics but picked off some of that market noise.

I'm trading it to small stakes and I'm making a loss, thanks to the man I despise the most.

If I was King Charles I'd have Johnson locked up in the tower for the rest of his life and I'd execute every MP that supports him, rather like his namesake Charles II did with Oliver Cromwell and the MPs that supported him. :D

These political markets could change dramatically with a Boris return.

There may be some haters of him here, but he remains the number 1 choice for Tory supporters.
I can also guarantee you, that he is the option Starmer would fear the most.
I can't believe they're daft enough to have him back. If he wins there could be calls for his resignation within weeks when the investigation concludes.
There are rumours and talk of the investigation being blocked as it’s not in the public interest and the country needs stability during difficult times. The speaker, supposedly neutral, is a Tory, has a parrot called Boris and has the power to block investigation if he believes it’s in the national interest.

Ben Wallace says he's not standing for PM "this time".

They won't get away with that. He'd then have an even bigger controversy hanging over his head.

I've heard he still hasn't left the Carribbean. There are rumours that his plane's due to be shot down. :D

The next cabinet reshuffle could be interesting. Will the Trussites be ejected.? Will we get the hoped for injection of talent from across the party?
Will Hunt even be there?
And if he is, what kind aggro could there be between BJ and Hunt.
From what I've read they are chalk and cheese and pretty much despise each other.

So market is up for a few more days from what I understand?

Yeah, for sure have to be careful with trading political opinions, it's one of the most extreme and stubborn biases :D So easy to overstake and create big losses, just don't start laying Boris just because you hate him :)

Couldn't resist the fillrates yesterday so dipped in and out at times, with around 10k turnover total so into 3 figures with most on Boris looks like, wish I was more clued in but probably better not to have an opinion :D

If Boris gets in, he could be gone again by Christmas. This investigation is expected to be quite brutal.

I saw a tweet (possibly deleted) from I think Julia Hartley-Brewer that says everyone in the Westminster circle knows why Ben Wallace won't stand.

45 days in office

As an ex PM, Liz Truss now gets £115K pa for the rest of her life.
That should at least partially cover all the therapy costs that poor woman will need after the media and social media are done with her :)

The market should be open for a week, I don't know exactly when they suspend it.

I can't remember what prices I saw when I got up but I think Johnson's drifted a bit, now at 2.66.
