Just heard the news on Sky that "all is not well" in the French camp, but bizarrely, still no reaction in the market with France trading at even money.Archangel wrote: ↑Fri Dec 16, 2022 8:35 pmHaven't seen market reaction to this

In the match odds market, Argentina's price moving a little. (strong market though)Derek27 wrote: ↑Sat Dec 17, 2022 9:32 amJust heard the news on Sky that "all is not well" in the French camp, but bizarrely, still no reaction in the market with France trading at even money.Archangel wrote: ↑Fri Dec 16, 2022 8:35 pmHaven't seen market reaction to this

It's now gone out a tick to 2.02 in the winner's market, traders not taking the news too seriously.wearthefoxhat wrote: ↑Sat Dec 17, 2022 12:13 pmIn the match odds market, Argentina's price moving a little. It seems to mean a lot to the players and the fans, judging by their reactions.
I have to agree with Archangel, It might be different for teams like Morocco who went further than expected and feel they have more to prove but for any of the top seeds after missing out on a place in the final I suspect they just want to get on that first plane home the following day rather than sticking extra days for a match that has little meaning - I remember from the way England played in 2018 they didn't want to be there at all after Croatia knocked them out

FWIW, score about right. Watching without the sound whilst having a go at the greyhounds....

Final result fair. The real Xg differed slightly, could be the way they assess headed goals.

If it's your own analysis you should post it before the match, instead of posting afterwards and saying the results are close to expected.wearthefoxhat wrote: ↑Sat Dec 17, 2022 11:57 pmArchangel wrote: ↑Sat Dec 17, 2022 5:49 pmWhat is FoXg ?wearthefoxhat wrote: ↑Sat Dec 17, 2022 4:59 pmFinal result fair. FTAft.pngMy own version of Xg based on In-Game statistics. (Called it FoXg for the craic)
Surely a goal's a goal, whether it's headed or kicked?
