Dallas mentioned the other day that this is something they are working on. Hallelujah.

I’m new to BA and absolutely love it, but for me it’s really missing the ability to differentiate profit and loss per rule.

I’m testing a few things at the same time on horse racing but the only way I can see how they’re performing is to spend a lot of time logging results manually.

If the capability was built to see the profit and loss per rule, sign me up for a lifetime membership!!!

Depends what you do but sometimes staking can solve that. Rule 1 bets £10.01, rule 2 bets £10.02 etc

I haven't looked at Guardian lately but maybe you could probably adapt the pl tracker Dallas has just posted about?

My staking is different for each system but doesn’t always get full liability on - but either way it doesn’t log anywhere what the p/l is for each rule so I still have to manually review over 100 bets a day.

yes partial bets make this a nightmare. only thing I can think of when running multiple bots in the same market & timeframe is master/sub acc

Would absolutely love this to be added.

If it is, can I make a slight variation on the suggestion?

I do all my automation in my own bots outside BetAngel, but use BA for manual trading. The issue being that my bot bets are constantly popping in and out on the ladder while I'm trying to trade, and my p&l column is unusable for hedging because it includes my external bets.

So I guess my suggestion is that we should be able to specify a customerStrategyRef for our manual bets as well and that the only bets which then appear on the ladder would be bets for that ref. Perhaps it could be a setting in the global settings?

That's exactly the issue.
A Local/Global toggle on the ladder would be a decent solution, then you could see your remote bets (and Guardian bets) on the ladder if you wanted to. If ladder bets always had a strategyRef of 'BA-Ladder". Local mode could act on 'BA-Ladder" strategy orders, Global mode acts on "*", job done.

TBF I do sometimes use the ladder to monitor bets placed externally, and to maintain backwards compatibility making it optional would be good.

Yes good point, I wouldn't want to lose the ability to see external bets on the ladder altogether; I often observe what they're doing as a separate exercise.
